Introduction

This Fair Usage Policy ensures that SynqEvent remains available and performs well for all users. While we offer generous limits, this policy helps us maintain service quality and prevent abuse.

Usage Limits by Plan

Free Plan

• Uploads: Up to 100 photos and videos per event
• Storage Limit: 1GB total storage
• File Size: Maximum 50MB per file
• Event Duration: 4 hours from event start time
• Storage Period: Data deleted when event expires
• Concurrent Uploads: Maximum 5 simultaneous uploads
• Events per Month: Up to 3 active events

Plus Plan (Coming Soon)

• Uploads: Up to 500 photos and videos per event
• File Size: Maximum 100MB per file
• Event Duration: 7 days from event start time
• Storage Period: 90 days after event completion
• Concurrent Uploads: Maximum 10 simultaneous uploads
• Events per Month: Up to 10 active events

Pro Plan (Coming Soon)

• Uploads: Unlimited photos and videos per event
• File Size: Maximum 200MB per file
• Event Duration: 30 days from event start time
• Storage Period: 1 year after event completion
• Concurrent Uploads: Maximum 20 simultaneous uploads
• Events per Month: Unlimited active events

Content Guidelines

To maintain a positive experience for all users, uploaded content must comply with the following:

• Photos and videos only - no documents or other file types
• Content must be appropriate for all audiences
• No copyrighted material without permission
• No explicit, violent, or harmful content
• No spam or repetitive uploads
• No malicious files or content

Bandwidth and Performance

To ensure optimal performance for all users:

• Upload speeds may be limited during peak usage times
• Large file uploads may be queued during high traffic
• Excessive API calls may be rate-limited
• Users generating excessive server load may be temporarily restricted

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to circumvent usage limits
• Creating multiple accounts to exceed limits
• Using automated tools to upload content
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our systems
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Commercial use without proper licensing

Enforcement

We monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning
• Temporary Restriction: Temporary limits on uploads or features
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated violations
• Account Termination: Permanent termination for serious violations
• Content Removal: Removal of content that violates guidelines

Appeals Process

If you believe your account has been restricted in error:

• Contact our support team within 30 days
• Provide details about the restriction
• We will review your case within 5 business days
• Appeals decisions are final

We may monitor usage patterns to:

If you regularly exceed free plan limits, we encourage you to upgrade to a paid plan (when available) for:
