By accessing and using SynqEvent ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

SynqEvent is a photo and video sharing platform that allows users to create events and collect media from guests. Our service includes:

• Event creation and management
• Photo and video upload and sharing
• QR code generation for easy access
• Live slideshow display features
• Media download and organization tools

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload
• You grant us a license to store, display, and share your content within your events
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
• You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights

All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property.

Privacy and Data

Service Plans and Payment

Free Plan

• Up to 100 uploads per event
• 7-day storage period
• 3-hour active event window

Paid Plans (Coming Soon)

Paid plans will be available in the future with extended features and storage options. All payments are processed securely and refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate our terms
• Remove content that violates our policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynqEvent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynqEvent from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
• You may download your content before termination

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
